This specially lies in: (1)Most of Chinese export products primary products which deeply influencs the ecology and environment, as well as heavy contaminative semifinished products and finished products. At one hand, the energy consumption is fairly high during production of resource-intensive products，and the devoted natural resources are more than developed countries, which make the lacking resources more scanty. But Chinese natural resources owned ratio per person is fairly low, its area of cultivated land presents 7 percent of world，its forest coverage presents less than 3 percent of world，and its iron ore resource presents one tenth of the world being mostly poor ores along with expensive exploitation cost. The potential lacking of coal as the main Chinese energy resource is being remarkable. At the other hand, the production of heavy pollution products often large diseconomy, however, the export proportion of such products as chemicals, pesticides, Leather-making, Printing & Dyeing is fairly big, specially some export-oriented Villages and Towns Enterprises explore the heavy pollution products blindly for exporting，which brings heavy pollution to the ecological environment.
(2)The technological content of export products is very low. The export products listed in the several top export quantity are respectively clothing, raw oil, cotton cloth, cotton textures, commissariat, leather shoes, and toys. Although the export of our machinery & electronic products increases rapidly, most of them are productive transit trade，some of them result from the application of low-cost productive elements and environmental resources of MNC，few are effective technological export. Our technological products present only 5 percent of total export，and the technology transferring ratio is only 5 percent，just equal to one ninth of America or Japan. Currently, the needy technology-intensive products and further machining products in the world market are all our weakness.
