急求屏蔽泵（循環泵）的英文說明書
1. Make sure that high-pressure pump and moter (eigine) are firmly installed oil the frame 2. Fasten the suchtion connestor to the water in let of the pump in order to prevent air friom going in to the pump . leave the suction hose with filter im the watertank
e.conneck the overflowhoise connector to the water outlet on the pump .
4. check wether the moter is plugged in tio power with the right voltage and there is sufficient oil in the engine.
5. Make sure theat the length of the power able in no more than 10 meters
6i. Make sure the supply the water is dean.
y. Make sure the height between the pumpoand water tank is not voer 1.3 meters.
B During Operation.
1.always use clean water.
2.test the pum and stop the pump after the water runs sommthly .
3.Connest the hight pressre spray gun to the pump , stert the pump and swithch on the high-pressure spray gun. Adjust the pressrue of the pump.
4.Don't santch off the high-pressure spray gun before the engine stops.
C Maintenance
1.Replace the oil after the right-pressure pump has been used for the first 50 hours Then, replache the oil every 100 hours by usingt oil type 30 or # 40.
2.Loosen the drainage-screw to drain out dirty oil.
3.Fasten the drainaye-screw to drain out dirty oil.
4.Lubricate the pump0 every 8 hours.
D trouble shooting\
1. unstable working pressure and water supply
(a) Check wether the suction hose is leaking clogghed or afloat.
(b)Drain out the surplus air by wsitching on the high-prssure opray gun or t-tye switch
(c).Remove the screw outside the nalves check whether the valves are stuck or damaged.
2.in sufficient pressure
(a).check whether the pressure in adequate
(b).Check the conditions of the high0ressure spray gun and nozzle.
(c).Check whether the overflow valume is too much . If cause the valveseat and pressrue-valve to vear oout ,take off the unloader and replace them.
(d) Check whethe the vevolution of the engine is at the proper speed.
