銷毀tidb cluster 之後，再次部署tidbcluster後發現 tikv都是pending，describe發現如下
1個節點存在pod無法容忍的汙染，2個節點存在卷節點親和沖突
是之前數據卷中的數據沒清理導致的
刪除之前的數據
刪除之前的數據後 ，再重新 helm install tidb-cluster
