立法院的院長

“立法院院長”是“立法院”的首長，院長及副院長由“立法委員”互相提名、投票後選出。有督導立法院各委員會，維持立法院秩序、處理議事之責，並負責主持立法院會議（簡稱院會）。歷任立法院院長如下： 1、胡漢民（Hu Hanmin）1928年10月8日—1931年3月2日中國國民黨
