味千拉面自1968年創設以來,在日本、香港、新加坡、臺灣、中國大陸等各地區擁有300多家連鎖店,是日本第二大拉面連鎖店。味千拉面“白湯之雄”美譽,其獨特的白湯采用豬的大骨、肉骨、豚骨及各類魚骨,經長時間文火熬燉而成。其湯頭富含大量“軟骨素”,能提高人體對鈣質的吸收和補償。
Since its establishment in 1968, Ajisen has become the second largest noodle franchise in Japan and has opened more than 300 franchise shops in different provinces in Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and China. Ajisen is well known for its unique "White Soup", which is made from bones, meat bones, pig bones and various kind of fish bones, after many hours of cooking over a slow fire. This soup contains a high vlume of "chondroitin" which can increase the calcium absorption and replacement in the human body.
